Deaf Awareness Training

In the UK there are approximately 10 million people with some degree of hearing loss. We are all therefore likely to come into contact with someone with a level of hearing loss on a daily basis. It is important that we all have an understanding of how deafness affects people and how people with a hearing loss often need adjustments to be made when it comes to communication.

We can offer bespoke Deaf Awareness Training designed to meet the specific needs of the service that we are providing the training for.

Certificate of Attendance

Each candidate will receive a ‘Certificate of Attendance’ to evidence that they have received training on Deaf Awareness. We recommend this training is updated every year.

Your organisation or company will receive a certificate to show evidence that your staff has received up to date Deaf Awareness Training.

Having this certificate shows that you are actively working to make your organisation or company more Deaf aware, promoting accessibility.
